The Sunday Times Tech Track 100 best use of technology award 2009
The Sunday Times Tech Track 100 is a list of the fastest growing private technology
companies in the UK. We were delighted to debut at number 34, and to be the only
company in the list to provide its technology services exclusively to the third
sector. We were also the only company in the top 50 led by women – Zarine
Kharas (our CEO) and Anne-Marie Huby (our MD).

Albert Medal for democratising fundraising and technology for charities
Matthew Taylor, chief executive of the RSA said: “In creating JustGiving Zarine
Kharas changed the rules of the charity game, bringing web technologies within the
reach of every charity in the UK, and making it easier for all of us to support
great causes. Hers is an inspiring example of the long-lasting social value that

New Media Age Grand Prix Award and Best Use of the Web Award 2002
One of our first awards, we were recognised by New Media Age for our innovation
not long after we were founded. NMA’s editor Michael Nutley said: "When we
judged Best Use of the Web, we felt Justgiving.com's work showed brilliant communications
between sponsors, charities and runners...JustGiving.com was not only an innovative
use of technology but also sustainable and extendable, adding a lot of value to
the society in which we live."
